Corpay is currently looking to hire a Software Development Engineer in Test II within our Buyatab division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is in Vancouver, Canada. How We Work
As a Software Development Engineer in Test II, you will be expected to work at our Vancouver BC office and Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
Company-issued equipment

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:
Designing, building and maintaining an automated testing framework implemented from the ground up to cover end-to-end testing across all core products.
Collaborating with QA team to quickly get up to speed with current functional testing processes for all products and identify areas of improvement.
Improving and extending existing automated tests within CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated testing is triggered as part of each build and release cycle.
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve testing practices and efficiencies, contributing to the team’s quality goals.
Creating clear, concise, and detailed documentation for the automated testing framework, processes, and test cases.
Collaborating with all cross functional development teams to achieve software quality goals.
Qualifications & Skills
3-4 years of experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress for end-to-end testing.
Proven experience of building and implementing automated test frameworks from scratch for complex applications.
Experience in developing detailed functional and non-functional test plans and using tools to organize, track and manage test cases, scenarios and results.
Good understanding of CI/CD processes, particularly in an AWS environment, and experience setting up automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze requirements to create comprehensive and efficient test cases.
Experience working in a Scrum / Agile development environment with great understanding of CI / CD practices.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and works with minimal supervision.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $85,000 -$100,000 CAD annually. We consider several factors when determining a proposed salary range, including but not limited to: experience, education, location, budget, and internal equity. Our compensation philosophy emphasizes fairness and consistency, and job offers will be evaluated case-by-case.
