About this Job
As a Senior Software Engineer at Mitsu, you will be working on building and maintaining our core backend along with other team Members.
You will:
• Work on building the backend features as per the Product Roadmap
• Work on maintaining the infrastructure, its scalability, and uptime
• Work on scaling the application as per user growth and business requirements
• Get a chance to work closely with the founder.
• Lead a Team of a Frontend Engineer and QA.
Skills and qualifications
To be eligible for this job, you should:
• Have a total experience of 5 - 8 years as a Software Engineer.
• Have at least 3 years of work experience at an early-stage Startup preferably in consumer tech
• Have at least 2 years of work experience in Node JS.
• Have experience with AWS, PostgreSQL
• Have led a team of at least 2 members.
• Have prior experience in building the backend of a Consumer Tech Application.
Technology Stack
We use the following Technology Stack:
• Frontend (Mobile App): Flutter and React
• Backend: Node JS
• Infrastructure: AWS, PostgreSQL
Compensation
▪ Cash compensation of 30-40 LPA
▪ The role is also eligible for the company’s ESOPs program.
