We're looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join our Product Engineering team at Stytch. As a member of this team, you'll have the opportunity to work on critical projects that shape the future of user authentication.
Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable, reliable, and secure backend services using Go, Node.js, and Typescript.
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize project roadmaps and ensure best-in-class product experiences.
Partner with product teams to identify and address technical challenges.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to growing the next generation of full-stack engineers at Stytch.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a backend engineer or backend-leaning full-stack engineer.
Familiarity with frontend development (ability to debug as needed).
Previous experience with Go, Typescript, or another strongly-typed language.
Salary
The estimated base salary range for this position is $155,000-$1+0,000, based on national averages for software developers in the SF Bay Area. This salary includes equity, healthcare insurance, time off, paid parental leave, and other benefits.
