Will be a key delivery stakeholder and will play a major role in terms of quality being delivered for the customers
As a Sr Professional you will consistently collaborate with multiple teams to provide technical knowhow to key business problems by defining technical designs, approach and by developing reusable platforms and solutions. You will also be responsible for implementing and improvising the Project Standards and best practices. Challenging role having reporting into ODC Delivery Director and great visibility to Business. What will you do:
Should possess thorough understanding of Cards and Payment domain.
Ability to Design Solutions, implement core algorithms and Microservices independently with complete ownership for outcome driven solution offerings.
Lead the assessment, gap analysis, process improvement, and designing end state operating models using industry best practices and standards
Demonstrates high standards of vigilance in delivery of Code, Unit test results, self- motivated for learning new skills, should be a good team player.
Must have experience to support a project from Design till Implementation; have Implementations experience.
Demonstrable Problem solving skills allowing rapid assimilation and resolution of complex problems.
Should be CALM champion: Culture, Automation, Lean, Measurement
Should be flexible to work development and Production Support.
What will you need to know:
Looking for Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
7+ years of experience in VisionPLUS as a Tech Lead or senior developer
Expertise in consumer and corporate card payment products (debit, credit, prepaid), card issuing platforms, end-to-end payment authorization process and card schemes
Deep technical expertise in one or more VisionPLUS application subsystems from either CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS and VMX
Good understanding of the overall VisionPLUS architecture, including common aspects like security, framework, integration between modules, monetary and non-monetary transactional flows, points/rewards modules and data extraction and reporting
Knowledge of CICS, COBOL and z/OS, including JCL
Familiarity with scheduling tools like CA-7 and Control-M
Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
What would be great to have:
Ability to speak, write and read in English (advanced intermediate level)
Knowledge of payment authorization switches (e.g., Base24) and Fraud prevention solutions (e.g., Falcon Fraud Manager)
Experience with Microfocus Enterprise Server emulation for CICS/Cobol applications
Agile development experience
