Senior Software Engineer Responsibilities
• Technical Leadership: Design, implement, and maintain distributed systems, microservices, and APIs that power critical services at scale.
• End-to-End Ownership: Own system design, architecture, and technical documentation; ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Best Practices & Standards: Drive code and design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and help establish coding standards and software best practices.
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to on-call rotations and incident management; proactively identify, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
