What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :
In this position, you will get to :
Build, grow, and lead an inclusive, diverse team of software developers responsible for building frameworks, systems, and tools to enable cloud and Industrial IoT software solutions.
Coach and mentor team members, helping them to set goals, and enabling them to develop and advance their skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
Lead by example, enable your team to make key technical decisions, and help advance our culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
Recognize and celebrate the ongoing success of the team, as well as individual team members.
Collaborate and work with peers across the globe help improve and champion our agile, scrum, and DevOps practices.
You have :
Bachelor's Degree or better in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Proven (5 years or more) management or leadership experience.
Extensive (8 years or more) hands-on software development experience.
Strong desire to coach and mentor a team of software developers.
A passion for continuous learning to improve your leadership skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of Agile software development.
Ability to effectively communicate at the team, individual, and leadership level.
Experience with, and the ability to help coach others in the use of cloud platforms and technologies is a plus.
