Key Job Responsibilities
Deliver release over release with team of 8-12 SDEs in Iterative development
Plan and Track – Iteration, Proof of connects, Design
Work with Principle Engineers on Design and Architecture
Work with QA team to maintain high bar for Quality
Provide weekly updates to management about progress, risk, slippages etc
Coach/mentor SDEs including performance management, career progression.
Build high engagement culture.
Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent.
12+ years of non-internship professional software/product development experience.
3+ years of professional experience in design, architecture (reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
2+ years people management experience.
Experience in programming/ software development by delivering high quality code in any software programming language.
Experience in full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control managements, operational excellence and CI/CD processes.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver quality software at speed
Tech Stack : Java, Spring boot, Multithreading, REST, JDBC/Hibernate, any caching tech like Hazelcast/Radis
Methods : Scrum, Agile, Iterative development
