Job Description
What you’ll do:
• Act as a technical lead/coach for a team that is researching and developing new solutions/technologies, by providing direction, encouragement, and technical expertise to the team
• Explore new technologies and assist team members to create solution concepts out of these technologies
• Implement efficient/creative principles to explore new solutions (ideation, design, prototyping, and testing)
• Manage implementation plans (schedules, team updates) for selected concepts
