We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Role Summary
A Backend Lead Developer with 8-10 years of experience who works with Java Spring boot, and AWS cloud has expertise in developing end-to-end web applications that involve server-side development using Java Spring boot technologies. Additionally, they have experience in deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes, Docker, GitAction
Area of Responsibility
· Be a Lead developer in terms of "hands on" attitude and a driving force in the project.
· Strong Data Modeling experience on relational DB – Oracle, Postgres
· Understand HLD and break up complex designs into workable LLDs
· Collaboration with the other software development engineers, product managers, design, and other stakeholders in the team.
· Lead with your technical expertise to integrate our applications with all required systems and services and provide clean and easy to use API's.
· Lead Design and develop the business logic and backend systems within the product domain.
· Lead with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams in an agile software development environment.

Knowledge / Experience
· 8-10 years of progressive experience as a software engineer, preferably within a high growth product tech environment
· Minimum 6 years’ experience in developing applications using Java/J2EE, Spring boot Frameworks, Microservices.
· Expertise in JPA and Dynamic Query
Clear Understanding of large-scale data migration strategies
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in PostgreSQL/ Oracle etc
· Expertise in Agile software product delivery and SCRUM, SAFE
· Expertise in CICD or automated workflow pipelines
· Extensive engineering experience in Building and maintaining APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
· Experience in containers and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
· Strong delivery mind-set with the ability to work across multiple teams.
