We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
JAVA FULL STACK DEVELOPER:
Skills:
• Degree in computer science or equivalent and Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with advanced JavaScript concepts like asynchronous programming with promises, ES6+ concepts, service workers, PWA.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as React JS & Angular JS.
• Proficiency with database technology such as MariaDB (for FMNP) and PostgreSQL (for OTL)
• Proficiency with Next JS and Microservices.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
Position & Responsibilities:
• Strong Telecom knowledge in inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with all phases of projects, especially Incident Management / Triaging of voice and data networks.
• Managing Level 2 Ticket/Order Triage Specialist, Incident, Problem, Service Request, Escalation.
• Experience working in a 24x7 production support model with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in Application Monitoring tools, Incident management, managing crisis calls.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of all new functionality or applications developed on the Remedy platform prior to rolling out to production.
• Design, test, and implement data, application, and API level integrations between Remedy instances and other customer systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application related issues, including engaging and submitting tickets to BMC technical support when necessary.
• Complete all work order and service requests within service level targets.
• Performs analysis and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency.
• Provides application support to existing applications and additionally works with IT operations, incident and problem management teams in resolving issues and maintaining application availability and stability in production
