Lead - Software Development/Engineering - Security
Roles & Responsibilities :
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of high-performing software engineers and drive engineering excellence for our enterprise security products for IAM, Data Security, Security Operations, etc.
• Design, develop, and deploy highly available security products to support the organization's security posture.
• Own the full lifecycle of internal security products—from requirement gathering and sprint planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Steer the adoption of security products and their integrations across business units through strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with the CISO, Compliance, and other internal teams for new initiatives and drive their timely deliverables.
Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in building products or applications.
• Must have extensive experience in the Design and Implementation of Java microservice-based applications.
• Must have design and implementation experience across different architectural paradigms.
• Must have experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Must have at least 2 years of full-stack development experience.
• Must have extensive experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, Scylla, MongoDB, etc.).
• Must have experience with AI & ML, and expertise using models to design and implement products.
• Must have experience with, but not limited to, the following technologies/libraries/frameworks: Python, Kotlin, Vertx, React.js, Node.js, Kafka, Elastic Search, gRPC, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, and ORM Libraries.
• Should have experience with the following security-related tech: SAML 2.0, OAUTH, PKI Infra, encryption, and decryption.
