As a Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and technical excellence within our development team. Leading a team of highly skilled developers, you will contribute in the Airports Airside development and deployment while ensuring it drives safety and operational efficiency for the customers. Requirements: Overall 8+ years of experience in hands -On software product development 3-5 years of experience in people management Hands-on experience in software development using C/C++/Java and scripting Experience in building real time multi-disciplinary products Knowledge of AI/ML for navigation and analytics Experience in deploying visual and metrics-based management practices in agile teams for effective scope, quality, and schedule management in collaboration with business and functional stakeholders Knowledge of Aerospace /Airports Air side regulatory needs and domain is a plus Experience in leading Agile teams in SAFe release trains is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under minimal supervision Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Passion for innovation and continuous learning Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability
