Position Overview
The opening is for Baan ERP/Infor ERP LN Technical Consultant. You will be responsible for Support and Maintenance of various versions of Infor ERP LN Applications. You will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to take ownership of deliverables, whilst ensuring deliverables are being prioritized and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
Develop BAAN/LN Customizations & Enhancements per customer specifications
Handle Support Tickets, resolve within the SLAs set by customer
Understand Business Requirements, Translate to Technical design, and help realize the code
Develop Reports
Communicate technical issues, key insights and findings to the team
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to add better value to the Customer
Versions – Baan IV, Baan V, LN FP 7, 10.4 and 10.7
Required Skills & Education
Proven experience as BAAN Developer/Technical Consultant
Working knowledge of functional modules of BAAN including Sales, Service, Purchasing, Warehousing etc.
Experience of working in large customization projects modifying standard BAAN ERP source code
Expertise with SQL queries, fine tuning performance
Experience Band : 2 -4 Years
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Experience with graphic design and multimedia content creation.
Understanding of assessment and evaluation methods in learning and development
