Role Summary and Key Responsibilities : As a Software Engineer (Backend), you will: Develop scalable and secure backend systems and REST APIs Lead design discussions, write clean code, and perform unit/integration testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams on features, feasibility, and performance Troubleshoot issues across environments and contribute to architectural improvements Requirements: 2-4 years experience in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JSON, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, (Go) Familiarity with DevOps (CI/CD, Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes) Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Angular is a plus Solid problem-solving and debugging skills
