As Systems Developer you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing the logistical implementation, organisation and delivery of a new Executive Leadership Development programme. About the role Responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of the Quickbase environment to support a diverse range of business operations. Working in support of multi-functional teams across the EMEA Region, maintain and ensure all deployed Apps are fully optimised to ensure business efficiency, productivity and performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Tasks
• Undertake QuickBase application development and implementation, adapting existing Apps or building custom applications, developing custom pages using both the Quickbase API as well as regular Quickbase interface.
• Using QuickBase API and regular QuickBase interfaces, develop and implement pages and entire QuickBase applications to their maximum potential, resulting in a functional, fully customized up-to-date end-state.
• Engage with internal customers to understand business needs and to translate them into technology specifications.
• Liaise closely with Line Manager and multi-disciplinary technical team to understand the design requirements, resolve questions of program intent, data input and output requirements, and advise on how it can be implemented technically within constraints.
• Develop and maintain a multi-relational underlying Data Model architecture to ensure effective and efficient operation within and across Apps to enable multi-team collaboration where required.
• Create and link databases to the user interface so that information can be retrieved, stored and processed interactively via the application.
• Conduct a range of quality-control tests and analysis to ensure that Apps meet or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements.
• Where required, provide technical input, recommendations and support to enable data integration with external environments to the Quickbase applications.
• Document and maintain technical artefacts including process, work flows and standard operating procedures.
• Subject Matter Expert
• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Quickbase and associated Applications
• Point of Contact (POC) for GP Teams to provide support and assist with system or application queries.

• Abilities in application design and development
