Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to design, develop, test, maintain and document program code in accordance with user requirements and system specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse system requirements and create technical documentation for company policies and user guides.
Identify inefficiencies in current processes and provide recommendations on software purchase and upgrade.
Implement testing plans and quality standards for enterprise applications, debug existing source code and polish feature sets.
Collaborate with the Technical Director on current programming tasks and work with other programmers to design and implement features.
Develop and document software tools required by artists or other developers, and produce well-organised, optimised and documented source code.
Requirements
Work independently when required.
Continuously learn and improve skills.
Maintain attention to detail and complete all tasks to the highest standard.
Certified as TOSCA - Automation specialist L2.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ServiceNow technologies.
Proven problem-solving experience.
Certified as ServiceNow Administrator.
Previous experience with Salesforce CRM.
Experience with using Selenium Web driver for automation.
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering a salary of $70,000 to $120,000 per year plus superannuation. The successful candidate will be eligible to work from home and enjoy a hybrid remote work arrangement in Sydney, NSW 2000.
