The Rubrik Cloud Direct team helps customers manage and analyze massive amounts of data. We make it easy for businesses to protect, search, secure, and analyze their data simply and scalably.
Rubrik Software Engineers are self-starters, driven, and can manage themselves. We believe in giving engineers responsibility, not tasks.
Responsibilities:
Create, test, and scale the service infrastructure that powers our product.
Analyze and improve the efficiency of our cloud resource usage.
Develop build and test system tooling to increase developer productivity.
Drive operational excellence by building and improving product telemetry.
Maintain a working knowledge of security principles and apply it to infrastructure design.
Create and maintain documentation of key infrastructure components.
We're Looking For
3+ years of experience
Experience with some of the following:
CI/CD platforms and testing frameworks
Infrastructure as code
Build systems
Telemetry platforms
At least one cloud computing platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, …)
Containers and container orchestration (e.g. docker, lxc, kubernetes…)
Strong fundamentals in distributed systems concepts
Familiarity with TCP/IP networking
Familiarity with Linux
Proficiency with Go, Terraform, and Bash are a plus
Excited by a customer-centric development environment
