Responsibilities
Design, implement, monitor, and maintain machine learning systems powering the Aera platform.
Work on new and challenging engineering problems to operationalize Data Science.
Collaborate with experts in Data Science, Engineering, and DevOps teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Design and implement state-of-the-art Machine Learning approaches.
Build core machine learning infrastructure, including distributed systems, development tools, model serving, and inference pipelines.
Nice to Have
3-8 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
At least 2 years of experience in designing and deploying Machine Learning Systems.
Strong skills in programming languages like C++, Go, Java, Python.
Experience working with large data sets and pipelines, distributed systems for machine learning using frameworks such as Dask, Ray.
Experience building Machine Learning models and using libraries like Scikit-learn, Pandas, PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras.
Take end-to-end ownership of developing Machine Learning systems from data pipelines, training, hosting, inference pipelines, etc.
Experience building containerized applications/microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience in Agile Methodology, GITOps & Jira.
Possess strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Take complete ownership of work and be self-driven.
