Description & Requirements
We are looking for a Software Engineer – Devops(Deploy & Maintain) to support automation-driven deployments and maintenance of the NC product, integrated with Infor OS. This role focuses on cloud application deployments, operational stability, and automation enablement across environments.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of DevOps experience and hands-on exposure to cloud-based application deployments, working closely with development, QA, automation, and CloudOps teams to ensure smooth, reliable releases.
Key Responsibilities
Support deployment, maintenance, and automation of multiple components of NC services integrated with Infor OS
Execute and monitor cloud application deployments using tools such as Faro, DMA, and AWS EC2
Assist with CI/CD pipelines, release readiness, and post-deployment validations
Troubleshoot deployment failures and environment-related issues
Collaborate with QA (manual & automation) and Dev teams during sprint releases and sign-offs
Ensure deployments are tracked, documented, and aligned with release processes
Contribute to improving deployment reliability, automation coverage, and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
1–2 years of experience in DevOps or deployment/support roles
Tools: Jenkins integration, Terraform, Kubernetes, Phobos,
Hands-on experience with cloud deployments, preferably on AWS (EC2)
Exposure to automation-based deployment tools such as Faro and DMA
Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts, release pipelines, and environment management
Familiarity with Linux environments, logs, and troubleshooting
Experience working with JIRA and release tracking processes
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Awareness of security, compliance, or operational best practices
