Job Description
Flynetics is looking for a software engineer, whose role and responsibilities will be designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. This includes working with business users to analyze and articulate software requirements, translate requirements into technical design specifications, and converting those specifications into code.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
2. Define the product architecture and design the overall solution
3. Design interfaces to meet user needs
4. Develop prototypes to test assumptions about the user experience
5. Collaborate with other engineers to design robust, scalable systems that are maintainable over time
6. Develop code in a way that ensures quality, maintainability, performance, scalability, and security
7. Create unit tests that verify the code meets the requirements
8. Establish coding standards for coding within the team
+. Maintain an awareness of trends in technology
10. Be responsive to change as priorities shift or added information becomes available
11. Participate in peer reviews of designs and code
12. Contribute ideas for future projects
Skills:
1. C || C++ || JavaScript || python || Rust || Go (Any language is fine) || Asp.net || SQL
2. Experience in writing clean code
3. Experienced in TDD
4. Experience in Agile is welcome
5. Experience with AI would be a plus
