We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Responsibilties -
• Perform requirements analysis, design, coding, unit testing, reviewing and implementation of computer application systems
• To take part in software and architectural development activities
• Recommend changes to improve established .Net application processes
• Develop technical designs for application development. Preparing and producing releases of software components (Preparing technical documentation for deployed computer application systems).
• Developing prototypes of user interactions on web pages. Develop application code for .Net based application programs
• Develop applications optimized code within .NET framework using Code First technology to carry out database transactions efficiently, data processing logic using stored procedures and triggers.
• Support continuous improvement CD/CI. Provide support and maintenance for deployed application systems including version management, data recovery and deployment
• Investigating alternatives and technologies. Supporting architectural review with leads
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. Developing front end website architecture.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Monitor computer applications systems using client standard IT monitoring tools and produce monitoring reports.
• Maintain functional specifications for computer application systems, programs and procedures developed and/or modified using UN standard IT tools and frameworks.
Requirement -
• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
• 7+ years IT experience
• Certified in a .Net technology stack added advantage
• Experienced in designing and developing applications using ASP.NET and C# programming
• Exposure to responsive / progressive web development would be an added advantage
• Good hands-on programming, design, technical documentation
• Knowledge in Software architecture, Software development, Software deployment, Server & hardware installations, platform configuration, DevOps, Agile-Scrum
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, standards, approaches, utilities, and OS environment
Technology Stack -
• .Net, C#, Visual Studio, Agile, Azure DevOps(TFS), Dev Ops tools, Azure Cloud
• Experience with .NET 5 is added advantage
• Familair with .Netframework, .Net Core, Entity Framework (ORM)
• Hands on with MS SQL Server and Object Relational Mapping (ORM), Vue.js, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, C#, MS-SQL Server
• Familair with Angular or VueJs front end web application development will be useful
• Having knowledge in Azure Cloud Services and Infrastructure, Azure DevOps Services, Dev Ops/Configuration is useful
• IDEs for writing code (VSCode, Visual Studio, IntelliJ IDEA)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good team player, self-starter, and good analytical skills
