What you'll do:
• Collaborate with other developers on a team to design, develop, maintain, and enhance high quality software products.
• Build scalable, enterprise-class software products
• Resolve problems of advanced scope and engage assistance from more experienced team members where appropriate.
• Contribute to and benefit from a team of amazing people
• Facilitate continuous improvement and agile SDLC
• Write clean, well-formed, testable and maintainable software following the accepted coding standards and using best software development practices.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects in software and related systems on an advanced level.
• Contribute to the project discovery process in a meaningful way.
• Identify ways to optimize our software products to provide for the needs of our enterprise scale business.
We're Excited About You Because You Will Have
• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing websites and applications.
• Experience in PHP with frameworks of the likes of Laravel, Symfony, Code Igniter etc. (atleast one of these is a must)
• Extra points for development experience with WordPress.
• Experience with SQL relational databases
• Understanding of client-side scripting frameworks ) and/or Understanding of RESTful application development
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Experience with command line environments, Git and other development tools.
• Experience with Agile Scrum SDLC
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience with software containers and cloud infrastructure is a plus
