Software Engineer Responsibilities:-Ensure software is updated with the latest featuresEnd-to-end Zoom management for virtual programsVendor management including invoice, payment, and contract managementDevelop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.To design, develop and install software solutions. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, defining system functionality and writing code in various languages, like Java, Ruby on Rails, or .NET programming languages (e.g. C++ or JScript.NET.) Deploy programs and evaluate user feedbackOur ideal candidates are familiar with the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to tests and deployment. Document and maintain software functionalityAdministration of learning on the Learning Management Systems for on-rolls and off-rolls employeesTroubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systemsThe role also focuses on the complex and large software systems that make up the core systems of an organizationExecute full software development life cycle (SDLC)Good to see if you have used CRMs like Pipe Drive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho etc.Write well-designed, testable code.Good organizational skills and the ability to multitaskAudit the company project folders on a weekly basisCandidates will have to collect and coordinate with resources across the companyWill attend client meetings and project kickoffsRecord minutes of the meeting of client-related and internal company-related meetingsMaintain company data across multiple teamsShould have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
