Responsibilities -
• Be a technical subject matter expert in Desktop and Embedded System
• Responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
• Work with Product engineering teams, and third-party solutions providers, understand industry standard capture technologies/standards, and drive solution strategies and roadmap.
• Be part of industry-relevant consortiums to influence and capture solution strategies.
• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.
• Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
• Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
• Drives innovation and integration of modern technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization. - Provides guidance, mentoring and technical leadership to the team.
Knowledge and Skills -
• Having a degree BE/ME/MTech/MS in Computer Science and Engineering.\
• Proficiency and good hands-on experience in C++, and C Programming with basic knowledge of Python.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented techniques/methodologies with Design Patterns.
• Strong understanding of performance. - Ability and experience in defining the architecture, and re-architecting the existing solutions.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
