Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Test Mainframe z/OS applications using PLI/Cobol/JCL/DB2/CICS.(PLI - Good to have)
• Exposure to any one Modernization Technology like Java, .Net, API, Openshift - Kubernetes, Docker, CICD Pipeline, Azure Devops (Not Mandatory)
• Design, develop, document and implement new programs and subprograms, as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software.
• Participate in maintenance and On-call/on-duty as per the requirement of the Squad.
• Develop testing and debugging routines and oversee execution.
• Create documentation and procedures for maintenance.
• Build and maintain relationships with various squads and third parties on software development or support issues.
Qualifications
· 3 to 6 years of Mainframe experience.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent technical discipline.
· Working experience & knowledge on COBOL/PL1 , DB2, JCL, CICS & IBM utilities.(PLI - Good to have)

· Process oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Work independently with minimal supervision
· Good Communication Skill.

· Open mindset to work with the team in an agile setup - tribe/squad
· Open mindset to learn and explore new Technologies that are available within project
