Job Description
GoldPesa is a crypto-centered subsidiary company of Triomnia, a quant fund headquartered in the UK, creating the first gold-backed token with upside. We are looking for a software engineer who is well-versed in multiple specialties, especially blockchain technologies, web app development, and general IT, to work directly under our Head of Engineering and occasionally with other department heads. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain blockchain-based applications using Solidity - Develop advanced web applications using GSAP and three.js - Use Gatsby / Next.js framework together with React to create advance web applications. - Develop advance mobile apps on iOS and Android. - Develop Web3 mobile App which connects to the blockchain. - Code and develop gaming applications. - Develop and maintain web applications using React - Design and execute simple analyses on various sets of data - Work on innovative projects directly under the Head of Engineering - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality - Write clean, scalable code using best practices - Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in software engineering Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR relevant work experience - 2+ years of experience in software engineering - Strong proficiency in Solidity and React - Advanced knowledge of data analytics (Python with Pandas/Jupyter preferred, but we are open to alternatives) - Passion for blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies and innovative finance - Experience with general IT (sysadmin, cloud environment, server management, etc.) - Mastery of Git is a must - Knowledge of Java, C#, or C++ is preferred, as well as basic scripting (Bash or Powershell) - Strong and creative problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills in English
