About The Role
We’re looking for a talented Software Developer who is passionate about technology and has had hands on experience. You would be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining microservices. We are looking for self-motivated people who can be productive with new tech stacks, learn quickly, manage workloads well, and meet assigned objectives in a variety of technologies. A varied skill set, creativity, flexibility, and positive team attitude are high priorities.
Main Responsibilities
In collaboration with the other members of your team and your supervisor you will be in charge or participate in the following activities:
• Developing and maintaining micro-services for clients and internal company use
• Collaborating with designers, product owners, and other team members to develop software solutions.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshooting and debugging code issues to ensure application stability and performance.
• Optimizing application performance to ensure fast loading times and smooth user experience.
• Be involved in our on-call rotation for production incident response.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in multiple programming languages, such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, and Java
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
• Experience working on CI/CD pipelines; CI/CD experience with multiple environments, including build and release systems with short (1 week) release cycles.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong grasp of software engineering methodologies.
• Passionate self-starter, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to take ownership of projects to ensure high quality and successful on-time completion.
• Continually learn and enhance your skill set to keep up with modern advances in technology; ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Strong technical aptitude to communicate and collaborate with product and development teams
