We are looking forward to hire Service Now ITSM Professionals in the following areas :
Our ServiceNow Competency is looking forward to hire ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Developers who thrive on challenges and desire to make a real difference in the business world.
The shortlisted candidate should have strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Should have an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.
You are required to have skills in the following areas:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Overall 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow ITSM custom development & Implementation.
• Good experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and Integrations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Client facing - determine their technical and business requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution
• Maintain expert knowledge and deliver ServiceNow ITOM Capabilities which includes CMDB, monitoring, Discovery, Event Management and Service Mapping.
• Work with the customers and team to comprehend requirements and provide recommendations based on ITOM system capabilities, industry best practices, and the preferred outcome.
• Builds and develops monitoring tool integrations with ServiceNow event management.
• Builds and develops ServiceNow Discovery to support business and IT.
• Support ServiceNow ITOM technical server environments (e.g. mid servers), including oversight of ongoing development activities and system administration.
• Develop Custom probes & sensors
• Develop Custom Reports & Dashboards
• Develop and present business case materials. Create tailored presentations and product demonstrations to prospects
• Assist sales in the qualification of customer needs through discovery
• Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POV
• Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners.
