Full Time Position Description:
Works independently under limited supervision and applies knowledge of subject matter in Applications Development.
Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to effectively deal with issues, challenges within field of specialization to develop simple applications solutions Your future duties and responsibilities:
• BMC Remedy (Ticketing tool) developer (Mandatory)
• Good understanding all ITMS processes.
• Good knowledge on all forms/filters of remedy application. IM/CM/PM/RM etc.
• Good knowledge on integrating various applications.
• As a Senior Developer, you should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager.
• Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to project
• Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.
• Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents & troubleshooting etc.
• Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports.
• Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis.
• Work on the service improvement programs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 2+ years of overall work experience 247 Support Candidate should be willing to work on shifts Education: Computer Science (BE / BTech / MTech / MS) from Tier I Premier institutes Skills: Health Insurance Service Request Management
