Role Summary

The Project Engineer is responsible for the Electrical & instrumentation
designs of various domains like Water treatment, Pharma, Oil extraction,
Green Hydrogen, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages etc, with advanced
technologies. In this role, the Project Engineer will assist in the various
execution responsibilities listed below and will liase with them to deliver to
quality, schedule and budget targets and communicate proactively so that
project risks are mitigated.

Expectations

 Knowledge of field instrumentation, DCS/PLC systems and
applications is required.
 Broad knowledge of industry Domestic/International standards and
related work processes Strong organizational, coordination, planning,
and interface skills
 Able to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience Good
command of English both written and spoken Able to work well with
others in a fast-changing environment
 Fair Knowledge of Electrical system and its schemes
 Review and interpret customer specifications for equipment selection
and complete equipment data sheets as required.
 Work with procurement team to specify, evaluate bids and approve
vendor Drawings, manufacturing clearances.
 Ability to adhere compliance with engineering principles, customer
standards and specifications, contractual requirements.
 Provide technical support to activities involved in the specification,
procurement, fabrication, installation and operation of specified
project related equipment and designs.
 Shall Ensure that all engineering designs, bills of material and
technical data are completely and accurately documented by
reviewing associated engineering drawings
 Interface with execution team to ensure accurate and timely
information transfer and issue resolution.

Key objectives  Quality – Work shall complete by meeting the requirements of the

project and to the satisfaction of the customer.
 Schedule – Activities shall complete in all respect with in the allotted
time frame.
 Efficiency – Activities shall complete in all respect within budget.

Qualifications  Bachelor of Electrical engineering / Instrumentation Engineering
 5 or more years of experience in a related engineering field -
experience in design is preferable.

Desired  Electrical & instrumentation design engineering

 Ability to read P&IDs and PFDs
 Proactive and effective communication which demonstrates a high
degree of ownership.
 Strong aptitude for planning, organizing and managing multiple
priorities.
 Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with co-
workers.
 Proficiency in basic computer programs for an engineering office
including MS office, AutoCAD, Navis works
