Mumbai Mandatory Technical Skills : 2-4 yrs of experience in FileNet Image Services and Capture Professionals installation and administration support.
2-4 yrs of strong experience in administration and support.
1-2 Years experience in Database administration(Oracle, MS SQL & DB2) Must have performed product upgrades and product migrations to different Windows or Unix platforms Ability to setup regular Backups & Should has experience in setting up FileNet DR Environment.
Work with IBM to resolve PMR Analyze customer requirements and translate them into FileNet system specifications. Manage customer expectations. Good analytical abilities. Good verbal and written communication Soft Skills Good analytical abilities. Good verbal and written communication Preferred Experience in FileNet Image services 4.x administration & Capture Professional Administration experience.
