• 5+ years’ software development experience.
• Experience in Full stack development and CI/CD pipeline setup
• Experience working with Java Spring boot & angular technologies
• Experience working with Spring framework & Struts framework
• Experience working with SQL queries and with database like oracle, DB2 & oracle.
• Experience in Problem solving, Impact analysis, Innovative thinking & Requirement gathering.
• Experience working with cloud framework like Azure & GCP.
• Exposure to DevOps tools configuration & Code quality tools like Sonar, etc.
• Experience in working with global teams in highly collaborative environment
• Experience of working in digital products and services for consumer and business applications
• Exposed to Unix and Perl scripts programming to understand the software development methodology and limitations
• Experience in Defining Acceptance criteria.
• Experience in identifying the positive and negative scenario for a given requirement.
• Experience in handling global business.
Responsibilities
Need to interact with global SMEs and derive a global process in issues management.
• Elicit user pain points and grounding ideas and actionable concepts in user and business needs and technical capabilities
• Should have strong Agile knowledge and possess experience in handling agile ceremonies
• Work with a project team to conceive, design, develop, test, and launch new products and services, applying systems thinking to information and experience design that seamlessly engages people.
• Collaborate on designing, running, and testing new solutions through experiments and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity–from scenario storytelling, wireframing, data visualization, click-through prototypes, animation, and motion design to functional prototypes
• Should possess strong negotiation skills to convince on the design and must be fast learner
• Lead and organize the meetings with global SMEs and management
• Responsible for researching, recommending, designing the screens for next-generation products, and methodologies.
• Guiding the team on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Should create their Feature / User stories in Rally and come up with the acceptance criteria for the Design requirements.
Qualifications
Education Qualification : BE, MCA, MBA, MSc
Number of Years of Experience : At least 5+ years of experience in Java Full stack Development & cloud Frameworks
