Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Position Summary The role is responsible for providing daily support and monitoring of Bajaj Mall marketplace website for B2B & TW business application.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
• Duties and Responsibilities - • Responsible for providing daily support and monitoring for eStore insurance & investment business application by 247. • Ability to analysis the issue raised by user and raise the same with application partner or clarify the business user. • Follow up with application partner for getting issues resolved within define TAT. • Co-ordination with OffRoll L2 and L1 team for any issue understanding and application/KPI monitoring. • Understand the key application and business stakeholders. • Understand the technology infrastructure and Application architecture end to end. • Daily collaboration with PMO Delivery Tech team Support & monitoring team for any system specific issue reporting and closure. • Responsible for all issue raising in Jira/Azure board reporting tracking closing. • Daily business and system specific issue / KPI breaches reporting to delivery stakeholders and closure. • Providing support to Senior Lead for Lead defect committee meeting with all delivery stakeholders (weekly / fortnightly). • Making sure issue closure are in defined SLA and application running smooth. • No / Less escalation from business.
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Qualification, Experience/Skills, Leadership competencies • Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services application or CRM / E Commerce domain. • Having Good experience of working in support team for multiapplication and systems. • Excellent communication skills. • Excellent relationship skills. • Having Good understanding of Web and App based applications and interfaces. • Should have good understanding of Client/Server Architecture and of API Integration Methodologies. • Good Understanding of system integration and data layers. • Understanding of application backend – Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL (Any) • Having good understanding of Java, PHP, SQL/PLSQL. • Having experience in Magento / AEM would be added an advantage • High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) • Work exp. of 3+ years minimum. Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in computer science or IT Remote Working Option: No
