Role Description
ExcelGens is looking for a full-time SNow Developer for an on-site position in Gurugram. The role involves developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
What you need:
• 3-6 years experience in software development in ServiceNow
• Worked on at least 2 major products of Servicenow such as ITSM and ITOM
• Certifications : Certified Servicenow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist / Certified application developer.
What you will do:
• Provide solutions to meet specific business requirements, identify pros and cons of each solution and suggest best solution
• Review user stories to understand user requirements.
• Commit to continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform by identifying gaps or implementing new features
• Follow Servicenow best practices of development.
• Document processes or Technical Design documents.
• Work on ServiceNow Incidents and support tickets.
• Support Servicenow platform by monitoring performance, troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Work on Servicenow upgrades.
