Software Engineer - Hyderabad, Telangana We are currently looking for a Software Engineer with a desire to work on the development of products. You will be based in our office in Hyderabad, India You will report to the Manager, Development You will design and develop product features for API Management and Governance products under IPaaS business unit. Technology You'll Use Java11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MYSQL, Envoy, ELK, Tomcat, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Cloud-Based Technologies Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do The successful candidate will be based in Hyderabad, INDIA and will be responsible for: • Designing and developing easy-to-use user interfaces for Cloud/Web applications • Writing high-quality code using your in-depth knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Envoy, and Object-Oriented concepts, algorithms, and data structures • Analyse, define, and document the requirements, driving the design and implementation • Work with product managers, quality assurance engineers, and user experience designers to build the best products for our users • Working in a small agile team of highly motivated and energetic professionals • Create successful POCs, involving the latest cloud-based technologies. • Interact with QA and documentation teams about the features and behaviors of the system • Assist customers and field engineers with troubleshooting issues What We'd Like to See • Tech or M.Tech in computer science or related field. • 2 or more years of enterprise software development experience • Good understanding in development tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven, Gradle Tomcat, Jira and Perforce, Docker • Good knowledge of Java and JEE. • Strong experience in Spring Framework, Persistence Framework (ORM), Web services protocol stack, JSON • Good in communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in developing applications on cloud infrastructures • Knowledge of distributed systems, Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Containerization, Event-driven architecture • Working knowledge of Microservices-based architecture • Experience in technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP technologies • Proven ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, iterative product definition and development environment • Fast learner; able to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly; enjoys brainstorming on design and loves problem-solving with a strong focus on teamwork • Ability to communicate and express thoughts and ideas in a group • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills within an organization • Able to work independently with little direct supervision and take initiative; willing to mentor and develop others Ability to react quickly to changing requirements due to product limitations or driven by enterprise needs Role Essentials • Java11+, Spring Boot 3.x, Design Pattern, Micro-services architecture, Hibernate, MySQL and Kubernetes Perks & Benefits Comprehensive health, vision, and wellness benefits (Paid parental leave, adoption benefits, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401k plan or international pension/retirement plans Flexible time-off policy and hybrid working practices Tuition reimbursement program to support your personal growth Equity opportunities and an employee stock purchase program (ESPP) Comprehensive Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefit We're guided by our DATA values and passionate about building and delivering solutions that accelerate data innovations.
