Software Engineer, Axiom
Engineer and maintain innovative, customer centric, high performance, secure and robust solutions. Having work experience in Capital Risk Regulatory reporting domain and hands on experience in regulatory reporting tools Axiom/Regnology/Suade.
Key Responsibilities
Design and engineer software with the customer or user experience as the primary objective
Work within a feature team to engineer software, scripts and tools to enable the delivery of bank platforms, applications and services
Liaise with other engineers, architects, business analysts across the platform as well as other key stakeholders to understand the objectives, goals and requirements
Design, develop and deploy applications capable of meeting and exceeding the anticipated load, performance and availability volumes, including load balancing, performance testing and benchmarking
At least five years of experience with Axiom CV+ and at least one year of experience in CV10
Strong understanding of Axiom taxonomy modules, taxonomy-based reports, and free-form-based reports
Experience of DevOps and Agile methodology and associated toolsets and methodologies
Strong experience with SQL server, SQL queries, and Unix scripting
Strong functional knowledge of Regulatory Reporting, such as COREP or FINREP, will be an added advantage.
