As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing critical general web based and AI-embedded applications for Zoom. You will collaborate closely with teams from AI, Meeting, Phone, Big data, Data Engineering, and Cloud-Native to build business features of Zoom products. About the team
The AI application engineering team is dedicated to building cutting-edge products, and providing tools for customers in sales, contact center, training, management and other fields.
Our products are highly AI embedded with LLM analysis, ASR, and image processing. These products are user-facing, friendly and robust web
based applications.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, implement and ship new features and applications.
• Ensuring software reliability and quality by participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
• Implementing AI solutions solves complex problems. Integrate AI services and algorithms into applications.
• Work on backend services and databases, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and improve product quality.
• Documenting code, algorithms, and technical processes for internal and external reference.

$218,700.00

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
