• Working with Applications Manager to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet

• Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
• Recording work progress on a weekly basis
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for
• modification and improvement
• Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
• Create technical specifications and test plans
• Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and information technology
• Actively participate in team meetings, by preparing and delivering accurate estimates and progress on work

• Develop understanding of the current Base code and database structure.
• Understand debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve errors.
