The Finance IT organization is a team of fun-loving and motivated individuals working on managing IT architecture, platforms, and engineering services for Cisco core financials area. What You'll Do We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Software Engineer to become part of our team. More than any other quality, we are looking for those inspired by the challenge of solving unique and difficult technical problems for our business partners, those who excel when given creative freedom, and those who aren't afraid to dive into new territory (technical or otherwise) and learn something new. You Will: • Creating scripts to automate of testing and other functions • Validate, deploy and maintain automation scripts • Identify for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks • Contribute to application and automation design • Create custom code/integrations to enable automation Who You'll Work With When you work with us, you’ll be part of a highly empowered collaborative "FUTURE IT" team who's passionate about the use of technology to deliver outstanding business outcomes. As a result, you have a winning record of improving the systems and processes with out of the box thinking to deliver unprecedented operational efficiencies and productivity savings. You thrive in a fast-paced agile development environment and possess a passion for application development and delighting our users. You're a driven, resourceful, dynamic individual who loves to innovate, disrupt, and solve complex problems. • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science • 5+ years of software development experience in building business applications, integrations, preferably in Finance. • Proficient in Software development lifecycles, agile delivery methods and DevOps. Proven experience with automation and RPA tools. • Proficient in UiPath, Python/Java • Familiar with Cloud Native Technologies, Unix Scripting. Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, Control-M Scheduling would be an asset.
