Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics Engineering or related field preferred Experience: 4 to 7 Years Work Location: Gurgaon Position: Software Engineer - Backend (Java) Skills: - 4 to 7 years of experience in software development using Java / Spring - Hands-on in object-oriented design and development of high volume, highly reliable services - Advanced working SQL knowledge with relational database systems (ex. MySQL, Postgres) - Experience in working NoSQL database systems (ex. MongoDB) - Experience with message queues (AMQP/Amazon SQS) - Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Redis and Kafka - Expertise in developing RESTful APIs - Proficiency in using version control systems (Git)and CI/CD pipelines for dev/staging/production environments - Technical mentorships to junior team members - AWS/Azure/GCP knowledge is preferred - Deploying and running applications in Kubernetes is preferred. Roles and Responsibilities - Individual contributor responsible for taking ownership of delivering key features and products - Write efficient, maintainable, and testable code, unit test coverage with a clear understanding of time/space complexity - Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product, Business, Design, Engineering, and DevOps team - Work with Microservices architectures, Kubernetes, on-premise/various cloud providers, and other emerging technologies. - Chance to learn and grow together in a fast-paced startup working environment
