As our SDE (Frontend) you will create an amazing product experience for users. You will do this by building efficient applications through collaborations with other engineers to build delightful user experiences.
Responsibilities
• Build beautiful, consistent, and fast, interfaces that thrive under heavy customization and varying use cases
• Invent patterns and reusable components that our team can assemble to build powerful software workflows
• Take sole ownership of your product(s)
• Look for bugs and resolve them
• Make feature additions to your product - or even rewrite the whole product from scratch, if you feel that's necessary! (Don't make this a habit though)
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2+ years of experience in building and shipping products
• Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, Next Js, React, Redux, LESS, SASS, Tailwindcss,
• Familiarity with Responsive Web Design, common Web UX patterns, and anti-patterns
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code which others can work on
• Significant hands-on experience in ES6
• Knowledge of browser behaviour, performance, compatibility, and cross-browser issues
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Good architectural and design skills
• Ability to build strong codes, data structures, and algorithms
• Ability to own end-to-end responsibility - right from the requirement to release
• Ability to produce bug-free and production-grade code
• Proficiency at debugging using tools like Chrome Dev Tools
