We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with extensive experience in Worksoft Certify to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and test automation, with a deep understanding of the Worksoft Certify platform. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities
• Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify. Ensure tests are robust, reusable, and maintainable.
• Test Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with QA and development teams to define test strategies and plans. Identify areas for automation and develop appropriate test cases.
• Integration and Maintenance: Integrate Worksoft Certify with other testing tools and frameworks. Maintain and update test scripts to accommodate changes in the software.
• Test Execution and Reporting: Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results. Report defects and issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that software meets quality standards and requirements. Conduct thorough testing to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. Communicate progress, issues, and results to stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test scripts, processes, and results. Provide training and support to team members on Worksoft Certify best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation and software development. Propose and implement improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills And Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience is also considered.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and test automation. Proven expertise in using Worksoft Certify for test automation.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python. In-depth knowledge of Worksoft Certify and its integration with other testing tools and frameworks.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with other test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP) and their integration with Worksoft Certify.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
