Software Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

• Coding in one or more programming or scripting languages, such as PHP or JavaScript

• Plan and prototype new applications

• Design the architecture of the components of an application

• Choosing the best technologies and languages for the project

• Test sites and applications in different browsers and environments

• Should be a Problem-solver

• Fix bugs in existing projects

• Unit testing to ensure functionality

• Conducting Code Reviews and enhancements.

• Build and test Application Program Interfaces (APIs) for applications to exchange data

• Learn and test new technologies, frameworks, and languages

• Stay up to date with new trends and advancements in web development

• Build and maintain databases

• Carry out code refactoring and optimization of existing code

• Troubleshoot website problems

• Maintain and update websites

Skill Sets Required -

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.

• Minimum 2-4 Years experience as a Developer.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages

• Working knowledge of coding using .NET languages (C#)

• Familiarity with ASP.NET framework and MY SQL servers.

• Technical knowledge in areas such as client-side components, server-side languages, web application frameworks and database management systems

• Experience with version control systems

• A thorough understanding of the architecture of web applications and web security and encryption

• A logical approach to problem solving

• The ability to work both independently as well in mixed teams

• Experience of development methodologies (such as Agile)

• The ability to manage a complex range of tasks and meet deadlines

• Good communication skills
