Responsibilities:
The Software Engineer at AMETEK ISCV - Motec is responsible for the design and development of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning application for Machine Vision applications. The engineer will participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (requirements analysis, work estimates, software architecture/system design, high level design, detailed design, coding, unit test, integration, system level test, and maintenance). This individual will need to deliver results on time for projects. This role requires little or no supervision to deliver results.
Education, Experience & Qualification Preferences:
Engineering Degree in Electronics and Communication or Computer science.
Preferred Post Graduation in Embedded system or AIML
Engineering with Knowledge of AIML software tools and technics.
Skilled in the use of the C,C++ and Python with little bit of embedded experience.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytic and math skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic, quality-oriented environment.
Relevant experience of greater than 1 years
Should be a self-starter and take complete ownership of the deliverables and deadlines
Experience in camera applications for Linux and Windows.
Experience in AIML programming and algorithm writing.
Good to have exposure to Linux application development.
Experience writing GUI application for Test application.
Desired specific experience:
Experience with Development of AIML application in C, C++, C#, and Python for Vision system applications.
Experience with Linux commands and application development.
Result oriented and Good Team building capabilities.
