Position Summary
• Understand business processes and recommend solutions that align with business needs.
• Develop, configure, and implement BlueYonder TMS system including technology upgrades, handling configurations, data migration, and system integration.
• Collaborate and communicate with operational stakeholders to address their concerns and guide them through technical challenges.
• Involve in developing ABPP functionalities within BlueYonder, which could include enhancing or tailoring transportation planning features.
• Assist in aligning ABPP with business needs, ensuring smooth functionality and value delivery.
• Support or lead the rollout of BlueYonder TMS, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new solution.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimize user workflows within BlueYonder TMS (e.g., addressing pain points, implementing fixes, and introducing new enhancements).
• Provide support and training to teammates for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to BlueYonder TMS.
• Drive the adoption of best practices for utilizing the solution efficiently and Act as a bridge to ensure alignment between business needs and the system capabilities
• Configure and customize Blue Yonder modules to align with business objectives, ensuring the system is optimized for efficiency and scalability.
• Solution Development and Integration: Utilize technical skills to develop custom solutions within the Blue Yonder environment. Integrate Blue Yonder TMS with other business systems to ensure cohesive operations and data consistency.
Skills Required
• Technical knowledge in BlueYonder TMS and experience working with platforms PC Miler, SMC Rateware, JMS Weblogic and ABPP.
• Understanding of Supply chain management concepts.
• Programming skills in Java, .NET or similar languages and willingness to learn and work on ABPP development.
• Impeccable integrity, passion for supply chain consulting, creative, and energetic.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Development, configuration, and implementation of BlueYonder TMS systems using standard integration methods or ABPP customization.
• Innovative and deliver continuous improvements to business teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of BY TMS experience with understanding of the technical and functional aspects of TMS and ABPP within BlueYonder.
• Ability and Willingness to learn ABPP.
• Consulting skills to interact with business and other IT stakeholders, understand their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during support and development.
• Proven work experience as a support analyst or similar role
• Ability to write and support complex SQL queries.
• High energy, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies for Project Management skillset
• Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills
