Role Overview:
We are searching for a software engineer, an essential role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. You’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams and improving our products to meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities will include:
● Design systems with security and trust as fundamental building blocks
● Evaluate and implement new coding standards and libraries in a fast-paced and engaging environment
● Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of an enthusiastic and time-sensitive userbase
● Suggest best practices and optimizations through code reviews and peer programming
● Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems and the teams running them
● Work with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter
● Bring positive energy to your day-to-day, and make your coworkers feel included in your interactions
Who you are:
● You thrive in a fast-paced organization, preferably a software startup
● You are self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills
● Experience working on a consumer-facing product
● Familiarity with and a passion for cryptocurrencies, web3, or finance
● Experience working with a diverse, geographically-distributed team
● Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems
● Post-secondary education in software engineering, computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or any related discipline
