Senior Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities :
• Required to complete their coding work as per the design spec with the highest quality in the scheduled time.
• Work under the guidance of a Technical Architect/Lead engineer.
• Interact with highly skilled Architects community to share and learn new technologies, scale, performance etc.
• Leverage to open-source technologies using public clouds; build and mentor engineers; present ideas to larger organizations groups including innovation; foster culture independently to run team.
• Handle operational issues with little or no oversight.
• Actively review code to ensure the software quality and functional accuracy is maintained across the team.
• Keen to learn the design and architecture of the product and participate in ceremonies that can influence both.
Qualifications Hold the control key to add multiple qualifications :
• B.E.
• B.Tech.
• M.Sc
• MCA
Certifications :
No. of years of experience :
5 to 8 years
Area of professional exposure (functional/technical skills) :
• Good Knowledge in messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ/Tibco EMS
• Java, open-source technologies and hands on experience in micro services using advance Java concepts.
• Experience in Spring boot and Spring cloud frameworks
• Experience in cloud technologies like Kubernetes, Docker etc.
• Experience in writing unit test cases using Junit, TestNG
• Familiar with agile development lifecycle and worked on the design/development projects
• All code delivered adheres to secure coding practices and with adequate code coverage at a minimum of 70
• Should have experience in the usage of version control tools like ‘git’.
• Experience in collaborative tools like GitHub, Bitbucket etc.
• Exposure/Experience in Google, Amazon/Microsoft cloud computing platform
• Experience/Exposure to NoSQL datastore(nice to have)
Functional skills :
• Good knowledge in eCommerce domain
• Spring boot/Micronaut/Ratpack/Qauarkus frameworks
• Knowledge of test driven development, BDD is a plus
• Aware of building performant and secure API suite of microservices
• Well versed with unit testing, integration testing, API contract testing
