Job Description
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalency (Computer Science or similar engineering discipline)
• 5+ years overall IT industry experience
• In-depth knowledge on Python programming language
• Hands-on experience with Python Django framework
• Solid knowledge of RESTful interfaces / Microservice concepts
• Understanding and Experience leveraging GIT as source code control and part of a deployment pipeline
• Experience working with CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience working with any databases like Oracle, Postgres
• Experience with process tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Good working knowledge of Linux
• Experience of building unit tests, integration tests, system tests and acceptance tests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal
Desired skills:
• Nice to have hands-on experience working on AWS cloud platform.
• Experience working with containerized applications
• Experience working with Kubernetes, AWS EKS
• Nice to have experience in building single page applications using ReactJs or Angular
