Job Description: .NET Core Developer (3+ years experience)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Core Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a .NET Core Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using the .NET Core framework. Your primary focus will be on delivering scalable and robust solutions that meet the needs of our clients and end-users.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and other developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core applications, APIs, and services to support business objectives and enhance user experience.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and architectural shortcomings.
Collaborate with the QA team to conduct thorough testing and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in .NET Core development and apply them to enhance development processes and techniques.
Assist in the estimation, planning, and implementation of software development projects.
Continuously improve development practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in .NET Core development.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core framework.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts and software development principles.
Experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET Core MVC or Razor Pages.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like Angular or React.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework Core).
Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of software testing principles and experience with testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
