Qualifications Requirements: 2 year s experience in a customer facing or customer support role with troubleshooting and problem-solving experience in a team environment 2 year s experience with Azure Logic Apps OR Azure App Services OR Biz Talk, IBM App Connect, Zapier or an equivalent product Azure Certification on either of AZ900, AZ 103 104, AZ 203 204 is preferred. Preferred skill and Experience B.S. degree in C.S. or E.E. OR equivalent industry experience Experience with network connectivity Experience with cloud technologies Good debugging skills Basic knowledge of HTTP REST architecture Basic JSON AS2 EDI experience Experience with Visual Studio and any light coding adapting to new technologies andadapters ie. Active Directory Adapter, SAP Adapter, Azure Logic Apps Managing proof-of-concepts Key Responsibilities: Represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding problems identified in Microsoft software products, and manage relationships with those customers. Be flexible to work in different shifts including weekend shifts which can be early India hours or EMEA shift. Use trace analysis, source code, and other sophisticated debugging tools to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs may involve writing code. Acquire coordinate resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Manage hot issues by setting customer expectations, devising action plans, being available 24x7, and professionally communicating to all parties involved. Share knowledge with other engineers and develop customer solutions efficiently. Communicate technically complexinformation with Microsoft s developer customers via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic services. Continually learn technologies and develop deep expertise in Microsoft products. Apply that knowledge to real-world programming problems.
